HQL LED Lamps
Since the use of LED technology, the days of toxic gases in lighting are over. This also applies to the gas discharge lamps, that are currently being phased out because of their use of toxic gases. For the HID (High Intensity Discharge) lamps there are therefore LED replacements: the HQL LED lamps. The Osram Parathom HQL is low in its use of energy and can last up to 32000 hours, so these LED gas discharge lamps will work for a long time. When replacing the conventional gas discharge lamp, always look carefully at the current wattage and replacing wattage, so you are ensured of the same light output.
