For years, CFL bulbs have been an efficient solution to conventional incandescent and halogen lamps. However, with the arrival of LED technology, efficiency levels have increased! Noxion has developed direct LED replacers to conventional CFL bulbs. The Noxion Lucent LED PL-C 2-pin energy saving bulbs use on average 64% less energy to achieve the same light intensity as the conventional energy saving bulbs. You will therefore surely notice this difference in your energy costs.
Conventional ballast
The Noxion Lucent LED PL-C CFL bulbs in this group have a 2-pin base. This means that they can easily replace the conventional 2-pin CFL bulbs. Existing fixtures with a conventional (electromagnetic or EM) ballast can work just fine with the new LED lights. Always keep in mind that you can only use a 2-pin lamp in combination with a conventional ballast (EM). It is also possible to directly connect the Noxion PL-C LED energy saving bulbs to AC (Mains).
